The Body, Nature & Dialogue
“In early human cultures, and to some extent even now, there has existed what has been called “participatory thought.” People in such cultures felt that they were participating in some of the things that they saw-that everything in the world was participating, and that the spirit of things was all one.”
As we journey towards wholeness and the regenerative paradigm, the role of other forms of knowledge - embodied, relational and place-based - will become increasingly valuable and relevant to bringing about change and transformation.
This workshop offering is designed to include a walk in the local environment, as a gentle invitation to slow down, be present and observe. Simple creative activities provide an opportunity to connect to self, others and the space around.
The subsequent dialogue creates a space of deeper listening, reflection and thinking together: time to digest experiences and turn over new thinking, and create shared meaning and group connection.
