My current work and practice is centred around two strands that I am weaving together: my PhD research and my work as a facilitator, united by a broad, central question of: What does it mean to be human?

I explore the infinite possibilities to live this question through different and interconnected aspects of the human experience, such as: relationships, nature, creativity, community, communication, connection, consciousness, emotions, the power of language and narrative, and how to thrive and be our best selves in a beautiful, yet challenging world.

Working with an arts-based research practice, including mediums of printmaking, collage, embroidery, writing and facilitated group experiences, allows me to be in dialogue with myself, others, the more-than-human world, and the imaginal world. It is a way to express the constant process of becoming, access and reveal wisdoms, and be attentive to the unfolding and enfolding of life, consciousness and meaning.
