At the heart of all my creative workshops is an invitation to slow down, and connect with the self, others, and the world around us. My practice is based on a receptive-reflective-responsive approach, designed to encourage openness, reflection, shared meaning and generative thinking at both individual and collective levels.

Worm Time Dialogues
The Worm Time Dialogue workshop series began with Spring Equinox 2025, and has continued to offer an invitation to attune to the rhythms and cycles of nature, and explore relationship to time through the power of Bohm dialogue and the Wheel of the Year.
The Body, Nature & Dialogue
A workshop that supports connection to the body and nature through the power of Bohm Dialogue. On our journey towards wholeness this workshop invites participants to tune in to their embodied, emotional and psychological experiences of the self, others and the world.
Vessels & Reciprocity
Using the Clean Language method this workshop invites people to imaginatively connect to their own meaning and experience of what it means to be in a reciprocal relationship with other humans and the more-than-human world - to give and receive from their vessel.
